- 1 - Criteria: * Required to meet legislation, accreditation, project or governance mandated timelines
* Existing knowledge/guidance contains error that could cause patient harm
* New requirement to prevent patient harm
- 2 - Criteria: * Required change or new knowledge/guidance that does not cause immediate patient safety issue
* Significant usability issue
* Missing elements/required changes that could improve patient outcomes or usability
- 3 - Criteria: * Required change or new knowledge/guidance that will aid in usability
* Minor change/issue. No patient risk or major usability issue

- Release 1 = Jan - March
- Release 2 = April - June
- Release 3 = July - Sept
- Release 4 = Oct - Dec
Date Fields
- Target Start Date = Enter the date the work is scheduled to start. This is a static field - Do not change the value once entered.
- Target End Date = Enter the date the work is scheduled to be completed. This is a static field - Do not change the value once entered.
- Release Date = This is a dynamic field of the date the deliverable is expected to be sent for publication.
- Resolved Date = This is not a field to fill out in JIRA. Automatically displays when ticket is closed. Ticket to be closed when content is available to the public and all work is done.
