DescriptionA medical history entry which cannot be categorised into one of the categories such as Procedure and Problem/Diagnosis.
MisuseUsing this when the item can be identified as a Procedure or can be identified as a Problem/Diagnosis.
PurposeAllows recording of an entry in a medical history when it cannot be determined whether the entry is a Procedure or is a Problem/Diagnosis.
