| ARCHETYPE ID | openEHR-EHR-OBSERVATION.lab_test-full_blood_count.v1 |
|---|---|
| Concept | Full blood count |
| Description | The full blood count or examination normally reported by a haematology laboratory. |
| Use | Will normally be reported back to the requesting clinician within the context of an overall Composition-based laboratory report. |
| Misuse | This archetype is not a full laboratory report and requires diagnosis and other assessments to be recorded using other archetypes. |
| Purpose | To record observations on a blood film including microscopic findings and cell counts. |
