DescriptionThe full blood count or examination normally reported by a haematology laboratory.
UseWill normally be reported back to the requesting clinician within the context of an overall Composition-based laboratory report.
MisuseThis archetype is not a full laboratory report and requires diagnosis and other assessments to be recorded using other archetypes.
PurposeTo record observations on a blood film including microscopic findings and cell counts.
