ConceptTobacco Use Summary
DescriptionSummary of tobacco usage by the individual.
UseUse to record a summary of the pattern of use for any and all forms of tobacco, and about multiple episodes of tobacco use over time.
MisuseNot to be used to capture event-based information about tobacco use, such as a Tobacco use or Smoking diary - use the OBSERVATION.substance_use-tobacco archetype.
PurposeTo build up and record an ongoing and persistent summary about the use of tobacco by the individual.
