ConceptPregnancy test
DescriptionResult of a near patient test for early pregnancy.
UseFor use with a urinary pregnancy test or other test that provides a positive or negative result for early pregnancy. The test is not performed in a laboratory but by the person or provider.
MisuseProviding the interpretation of a B-HCG or other assessment of pregnancy. Use the Pregnancy Summary archetype to record pregnancy.
PurposeTo record the result of a near patient test for pregnancy.
