| Use | Use to record details about an Interpreter who was involved in, or will be required to be involved in, a clinical activity.
This archetype is specifically designed to be used within the context of any appropriate ENTRY or CLUSTER archetypes which supply the context of either the request for interpretation, an interpretation that is performed or the persistent overview of the patients interpretation needs.
Use to record a structured request for an interpretator as a part of an order for example in the SLOT 'Patient requirements' in the INSTRUCTION.request archetype.
Use to provide persistent information about the patient's needs for an interpretator using the 'Details' SLOT in the EVALUATION.social_summary. |
